Based out of Richmond, VA, Catharsis is a melodic metalcore band integrating a wide range of musical components to create their powerful and dynamic sound. In 2024, the band released their debut EP, CHASING ECHOES, showcasing their striking riffs, captivatingly memorable choruses, through tight instrumentation and experienced musicianship.

The band returned to the studio the following year and began work on their full-length 2025 release, DIED IN BLOOM.
